      This assembly line is an intelligent manufacturing system for medical consumables independently developed by Maider based on clients' actual needs and products' technical characteristics. This system realizes a highly-automatic and complete process that assembles needle, trigger spring, trigger, return spring, shell, twist-off remover, and end holder into the final blood lancet, leading to efficient and reliable manufacturing of final products. Compared to traditional manufacturing approaches that rely on manual material loading, assembly, and detection, this system effectively reduces labor intensity, minimizes manufacturing risks, and lowers labor costs for clients.
