Procedure for Revaluation and Photocopy Application Entry
1. Use the URL examform.vtu.ac.in.
2. Click on E-Governance
3. Enter EMS Coordinator id and password (default password will 123456,
which should be changed immediately after the first login)
4. Click on the link Examination Management available at the leftside of
the screen
5. A pull-down menu will open
6. Click on the Revaluation/Challenge evaluation application
7. A application will open.
8. Fill the USN, check the boxes for Revaluation and Photocopy of
answer Script.
9. Submit the form, take a printout, get the signature of the student,
HOD and Principal/his representative.
10. A file shall be maintained at the college for the same.
11. After the last date Use Principal id and password to get a consolidate
list of students applied.
12. Consolidated list shall be verified with the printouts taken from the
student application and tallied.

It is the id given by the university to the respective colleges, it wil be given in the college itself

ems co-ordinater is ur hod of the department…. Only hezz having the rights to register the reval…… Though it is only done by them….then too…the website is slow… And my form got rejected…. ……… the offline procedure was good…
This procedure is crap. They could allow us to fill up online form with our own id as did in examination form and then they can complie it them and cross=reference it by challan and including exam form number which we subbmitted in hardcopy too. If this too complicated for them we students will can also scan and upload it.
Your procedure is like roaming around Government office rather than simple online tech. Grow Up VTU!!!

@krishna, which branch ur in? Even i didnt get. Actually my case s different . I have written exam, in result it is showing me A. Mean absent. did u people got hardcopy n coll. in our colleges it didnt com still. What kind of university it is.

vtu authorities must acquaint the outsider students with the exam procedure, specially the new students who are not strong in english and those who are not familiar with the exam rules& regulation. suppose who by mistake do not sign in the exam paper or do not bubble—- what will happen to them?
